HR Business Partner

NVIDIA is seeking an HR Business Partner to support their Global Operations organization. The role involves partnering with leaders on HR strategies, providing guidance on people-related matters, analyzing HR metrics, supporting recruitment, and collaborating on HR processes like performance management and compensation. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of HR experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience with data tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with the Global Operations HR team and business leaders to understand business needs and support implementation of HR plans and programs
  2. Provide guidance to managers and employees on day-to-day people-related matters with support from senior HRBPs
  3. Analyze and interpret HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven insights to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness
  4. Conduct headcount analysis, assist with workforce planning and support recruitment efforts
  5. Support key HR processes including performance management, talent reviews, development planning, mobility, and compensation cycles

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred or in progress) or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of HR experience across areas such as employee relations, performance management, talent management, or HR operations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience working with data tools (e.g., Excel, dashboards, or HR systems) to support reporting and decision-making
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and establish trust
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization
