What you'd actually do

  1. Act as a trusted consultant to senior leaders, providing data-driven insights on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development and gaps, etc.
  2. Provide overall support to employees, managers and leaders in the business: coaching on performance management, accommodations, business conduct, policies, and other HR-related topics.
  3. Analyze data from various daily activities and projects to identify patterns and trends that can help create, improve processes, or identify areas of concern across your business teams.
  4. Design and lead the organization through broad change management efforts associated with the rapid growth of the company and the evolution towards commercialization and product diversification, including operating model evolution, communication structure, process formalization and organizational design evolution.
  5. Implement high impact performance management frameworks to drive continuous feedback and growth.

Skills
