What you'd actually do

  1. Advanced Case Management & Manager Coaching: Lead high-complexity ER matters and coach leaders through difficult conversations to reduce escalations.
  2. Diagnose Root Causes: Identify systemic triggers behind repeat ER issues and implement prevention plans to reduce repeat cases.
  3. Use ER Analytics: Analyze ER, engagement, and retention trends and brief leaders on actionable insights to improve time-to-resolution.
  4. Partner Cross-Functionally: Align with Recruiting, Compensation, Mobility, and HR COEs to deliver consistent ER approaches that increase manager capability.
  5. Steward Policy & Compliance: Apply global labor practices and ensure performance processes are executed consistently to reduce compliance risk.

  • Proficiency in Excel and Workday/HRIS to manage and interpret HR data with integrity.
  • Working knowledge across at least three areas, such as conflict resolution, performance management, investigations, and/or medical accommodations and leaves of absence.
