HR Business Partner for Netflix's Eyeline Studios in Seoul, supporting studio and production teams. What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for Eyeline Studios Korea, acting as a trusted advisor and bridge between Netflix and Eyeline, partnering with regional HR and GBPs to ensure a cohesive employee experience across locations
  2. Develop and coach leaders to build strong, high-performing teams and a healthy, scalable organization
  3. Design, inform, and execute key talent initiatives (e.g., compensation reviews, leadership development, org design) to support organizational change and transitions
  4. Take a proactive, hands-on approach with employees at all levels, building strong, trust-based relationships and deeply understanding the needs of our fast-growing organization
  5. Lead employee relations matters, providing sound guidance and support to managers and employees and addressing concerns effectively

Skills

Required

  • 8–12 years of HR experience in dynamic Korean-market environments, partnering with managers and leaders across the full employee lifecycle
  • Strong business and HR acumen, with proven problem-solving skills, high judgment, critical thinking, and data-informed analysis
  • Ability to influence and build trust at all levels, demonstrating excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills aligned with Netflix’s culture
  • Solid understanding of Korean labor laws and regulations, with the ability to balance compliance with Netflix’s values and approach
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly ambiguous, and matrixed global environments; able to adapt quickly while maintaining operational excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through change, working autonomously and proactively to identify and address issues before they escalate
  • Proven coaching and consulting skills to support talent development, organizational growth, and integrations
  • Strong project management and execution capabilities
  • Curious about the business and organization, with a desire to continuously elevate the quality of partnership with the teams you support
  • Excellent spoken and written Korean and English, with the ability to confidently influence stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience in creative/production environments and supporting organizational integrations is a plus
