HR Business Partner for a fulfillment center, responsible for performance management, employee relations, talent development, compensation, and benefits administration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead team responsible for performance management, employee engagement and talent development.
  2. Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties’ interests
  3. Provide management mentor to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues.
  4. Assists with training as needed by training team; owns orientation and onboarding.
  5. Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related study
  • 5+ years in an HR partnership role
  • Excellent written, verbal, public presentation /communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal social skills
  • Strong discernment, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
  • Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization
  • Strong employee relations background
