HR Business Partner for a fulfillment center, focusing on performance management, employee engagement, talent development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and safety.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead team responsible for performance management, employee engagement and talent development.
  2. Work with managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties’ interests
  3. Provide management mentorship to build leadership capabilities to address and resolve employee issues.
  4. Assist with training as needed by training team; owns orientation and onboarding.
  5. Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related study preferred
  • 5+ years in an HR partnership role
  • Experience within a fulfillment or distribution center
  • Strategic partnerships
  • Excellent written, verbal, public presentation /communication skills
