What you'd actually do

  3. Support critical HR projects, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and compensation, ensuring alignment with tech team needs.
  4. Empower tech leaders to strengthen their leadership skills through feedback and actionable guidance.
  5. Navigate ambiguity and solve people challenges, building solutions that work for teams today and as they grow.
