This role focuses on supporting HR programs, specifically in talent management and data analysis for program health surveys. Responsibilities include project management for talent processes, improving HR processes, executing program health surveys (design, distribution, analysis, reporting), and creating data visualizations. It requires strong organizational, communication, and data analysis skills, with proficiency in Google Sheets and BI dashboards.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Talent Development team lead to execute talent and performance management processes, taking the lead on project management to ensure successful cycles and proactively monitor performance trends and outcomes
  2. Own the end-to-end execution of our program health surveys, including survey design, distribution, analysis, and presenting stakeholder-ready insights and recommendations to program leadership to inform program roadmap, and maintain a repository of readily accessible data across program functions
  3. Create and maintain high-quality data visualizations and dashboards (e.g., Google Looker Studio) to monitor key program metrics and communicate performance trends clearly and accurately
  4. Help to improve Talent & Performance Management processes and resources, streamlining as needed
  5. Provide data and customized reporting as needed for ad hoc data requests from business partners & stakeholders

Skills

Required

  • Associate's degree or military experience
  • At least 1 year of experience working in program or project management or at least 1 year of working in employee development or HR or a combination of both
  • At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite products (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
  • Strong Google Sheets and BI dashboard proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Foundational process and project management skills
  • Ability to use data to tell a clear story

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least two years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or consulting
  • Proficient knowledge of G Suite with strong skills in Google Sheets and Google Slides
  • Experience working at a technology company
