This role manages HR Operations teams focused on Workday data management, exit processes, and global data operations. It requires strong people leadership, operational execution, and a focus on data integrity and continuous improvement within HR processes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and manage HR Operations teams supporting Workday data management, including mass uploads, data corrections, and ongoing employee record maintenance.
  2. Oversee exit management processes, ensuring timely, accurate execution of employee separations in compliance with policy, legal, and payroll requirements.
  3. Ensure end‑to‑end execution of Global Data Operations (GDO) activities with a strong focus on data accuracy, audit readiness, and service level adherence.
  4. Partner closely with HR COEs, Payroll, Legal, and regional HR teams to resolve complex data or lifecycle issues.
  5. Monitor operational performance using defined KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics; drive corrective actions as needed.

Skills

Required

  • 6–8 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or data‑driven HR roles.
  • 2+ years of people management experience in an operational or shared services environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with Workday, particularly employee data transactions and mass data loads.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, job changes, and exits.
  • Proven ability to manage high‑volume, detail‑oriented work with accuracy and consistency.
  • Proficiency in English

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting global or regional HR operations in a matrixed organization.
  • Exposure to data governance, audit support, or compliance‑driven HR environments.
  • Experience driving process improvement using Lean, standard work, or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Prior experience working in a shared services or HR operations hub model.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and operational execution skills.
