This role is for an HR Generalist/People Coordinator supporting the EMEA region. Responsibilities include administering benefits, managing HR documents, maintaining employee data in Workday, and supporting onboarding/offboarding. The role will leverage AI tools for administrative tasks and process improvements. Requires 2-3 years of HR experience, strong attention to detail, and native German/fluent English.

What you'd actually do

  1. Administer and coordinate employee benefits across EMEA countries, serving as the first point of contact for employee questions and working closely with providers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  2. Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, improve documentation workflows, and free up time for the work that actually moves the needle
  3. Draft, manage, and maintain employment contracts, offer letters, and HR documents with a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
  4. Maintain and update employee data in Workday, ensuring records are accurate, complete, and compliant at all times
  5. Support onboarding and offboarding processes across the EMEA region, making sure every employee has a smooth and well-organized experience from day one

Skills

Required

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in an HR, People, operations, or administrative role
  • Hands-on experience with Workday
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proactive, can-do attitude
  • Native-level German
  • Fluency in English
