HR Help Center Coordinator

Provides functional support in the HR Help Center, processing associate concerns and inquiries via HRIS and Case Ticketing tools, and coordinating/assigning Tier 2 cases. Assists with special projects and people development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Process associate’s concerns and inquiries via HRIS Tool, HR Case Ticketing Tool and Telephone Platform
  2. Handles and resolves Tier 1 cases within agreed timeline for HRHC core tasks (Following the approved Local Work Instructions and Process Standards)
  3. Coordinate and assigns Tier 2 cases to appropriate HR functions and ensures resolution within the agreed timeline of the inquiry
  4. May be assigned / rotated across related sub-functions in Help Center
  5. Provide logistics/administrative assistance in department or organization wide programs/events

Skills

Required

  • HR Contact Center using Amazon Connect or any cloud contact system
  • HRIS tool i.e Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft
  • Case Ticketing Tools i.e Salesforce, Service Now, Siebel
  • Gsuites

  • Good oral and written communication skills for business correspondences
  • flexible with working schedules

Nice to have

  • college graduate preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
  • relevant work experience
