What you'd actually do

  1. Development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies – with the drive to break new ground: through AI-supported analyses, automation and continuous process optimization
  2. Management of central C&B processes: personnel cost planning, salary review, bonus process and promotions
  3. Support of international assignments and foreign deployments including coordination with global mobility and tax service providers
  4. Maintenance and further development of salary structures and policies, taking into account compliance, labor law and collective agreements, as well as regular benchmark analyses
  5. Coordination of all payroll topics including time management, provisions and further development of the payroll system

Skills

Required

  • Completed studies or commercial training with additional qualification (e.g., payroll accounting, HR specialist) combined with several years of experience in operational HR, Compensation & Benefits, as well as wage tax, social security and labor law.
  • Knowledge of payroll, time management, collective agreements and salary benchmarking
