This role supports HR operations by executing HR tasks, responding to employee inquiries, and maintaining HR data accuracy. It also involves supporting the implementation and adoption of AI-powered HR tools, identifying process improvements, and documenting changes. The role requires strong operational discipline, advisory skills, and a willingness to learn and apply emerging AI tools to improve workflows and employee support.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute People Operations tasks (including onboarding, offboarding, payroll inputs, benefits support, and employee data management) in accordance with established SOPs, policies, and service standards.
  2. Respond to employee inquiries across multiple channels (primarily ServiceNow) with clear, empathetic, and professional communication, tailoring support to the employee’s situation and level of need.
  3. Provide accurate first-level guidance on HR processes, policies, and next steps, using sound judgment to clarify issues, ask effective follow-up questions, and help employees navigate available options.
  4. Support implementation and adoption of AI-powered HR tools (for example chatbots, document automation, and generative AI copilots) under the guidance of senior HR team members.
  5. Identify opportunities for process improvement by surfacing employee pain points, workflow gaps, and recurring case themes, and by providing practical feedback on tools and process changes.
