The HR Operations Manager role is an individual contributor and hybrid position responsible for operational HR support and HRIS systems administration within ABBYY’s global People Shared Services team. This role provides employee and manager support, ensures consistent application of People policies, and contributes to efficient, compliant employee lifecycle processes. It also supports the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of HRIS (HiBob) and ATS (Greenhouse) systems, focusing on data accuracy, workflow improvement, and reliable People data reporting. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, process improvement, and working at the intersection of People Operations and HR technology in a global, fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide regional People Operations support for an assigned geography within the global People Shared Services team.
  2. Support configuration and ongoing management of HiBob (HRIS) and Greenhouse (ATS), including workflows, permissions, automations, custom fields, templates, and lifecycle processes.
  3. Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data across all People systems.
  4. Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, system documentation, and user guides.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, HRIS administration, or a similar hybrid role.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-country populations.
  • Strong analytical skills, including reporting or data interpretation experience.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system or operational requirements.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to provide timely, helpful support.
  • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HiBob (or another modern HRIS) and Greenhouse strongly preferred.
