This role is an HR Operations & Recruiting Coordinator for Cognition, a global AI company. The primary focus is on supporting international recruiting and people operations across MENA and APAC markets, including coordinating interviews, managing candidate experience, supporting onboarding/offboarding, maintaining HR data, and contributing to operational excellence. The role requires a Saudi national with 1-3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or HR operations, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in English and Arabic.

What you'd actually do

  1. Coordinate and schedule interviews across MENA, APAC, Europe, and the US, managing multiple time zones with accuracy and urgency
  2. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates across international markets
  3. Ensure a consistent and high quality candidate experience from initial contact through offer stage
  4. Track candidate progress in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
  5. Support onboarding for new hires across MENA and APAC, working closely with local partners and international People Ops teams

Skills

Required

  • Saudi national
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or international people support
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with ATS and HRIS platforms (Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, or similar preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Professional, discreet, and confident working with confidential information
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast paced, global environment

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting multiple regions or working across time zones is highly desirable
