This role is for an HR Operations Specialist responsible for delivering high-quality HR services, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, managing stakeholder relationships, driving process improvement initiatives, and maintaining data integrity across HR systems like Workday and Jira. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, collaborative, and customer-focused.

What you'd actually do

  1. Delivering high-quality service across key operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and international regulations. This includes collaborating with the Compliance team to update procedures, meeting audit standards, and mitigating non-compliance risks, ensuring smooth execution and an enhanced user experience.
  2. Managing stakeholder relationships by providing clear communication and support, ensuring expectations are met and processes are followed accurately.
  3. Driving process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and increase efficiency, with a focus on automation and system enhancements.
  4. Ensuring data integrity across systems like Workday and Jira, safeguarding accurate records and consistent documentation, and contributing to the success of internal and external audits.
