What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee daily HR operations concerning employee inquiries to ensure prompt and effective responses.
  2. Coordinate visas for new hires and for team's work trip abroad.
  3. Prepare and process payroll for employees in APAC region to ensure our employees will be paid on time.
  4. Open new countries from an HR perspective, deploying employee benefits administration,
  5. Explore, implement, and refine people-related projects, procedures, and best practices that reflect our values and foster a positive company culture.

Skills

Required

  • 8-15 years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of the singaporian law & HR policy, employment regulations, as well as HR best practices.
  • Multi-country experience in APAC (Singapore, South Korea, Australia, India, Japan...)
  • Experience managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding to retention, and exit.
  • A thorough understanding of local, national, and international payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance and avoid penalties.
  • Proficiency in streamlining HR processes to enhance efficiency, improve employee experience, and maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in HR technology solutions, such as HRIS, Payroll, ...
