HR Senior Analyst

This role focuses on developing, communicating, and training the organization on business practices and processes, acting as a liaison with various departments like Finance, HR, and Legal to ensure accurate transaction processing. The analyst will collect, verify, and analyze data to measure key performance indicators against business objectives, provide budget updates, and advise management on economic impacts and compliance issues. A key responsibility is to drive the implementation of new processes and procedures while ensuring full compliance with Oracle Business Practices.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
  2. Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
  3. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives.
  4. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities.
  5. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals.
