HR Service Advisor

This role supports employees and managers with HR inquiries and transactions, contributes to training material creation, and assists with policy/process implementation. Responsibilities include data entry into HRIS, maintaining data privacy, documenting processes, providing customer support for HR services, and coordinating with vendors. The role requires proficiency in English and Spanish and experience in HR operations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Inputs employee data into Human Resources Information (HRIS) database and/or documents activities as requested.
  2. Protects data privacy and adheres to confidentiality requirements.
  3. Supports employees and managers by responding to inquiries and performing transactions.
  4. Documents and updates processes, desk-top procedures, and knowledge-based content as requested.
  5. Works with and coordinates with vendors to ensure processes are correctly followed.

Skills

Required

  • HR operations experience
  • English proficiency

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Operations
  • 3+ years work experience in HR operations
  • Handling and descalating complex conversations over the phone
