This role focuses on the operational execution of HR policies and statutory requirements within specific markets. The HR Service Lead translates policy into day-to-day execution, manages issue resolution, ensures compliance, and contributes to operational analytics and continuous improvement. It involves coordinating with various internal teams and external vendors to ensure accurate and compliant HR operations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Run GEO‑level execution for assigned countries across the hire‑to‑retire local layer.
  2. Execute statutory operations, authority correspondence, filings, and local documentation workflows.
  3. Act as the single POPS escalation point for employee‑impacting issues within scope.
  4. Identify and flag risks early, providing facts, evidence, and options, maintaining documentation required for audits/inspections.
  5. Maintain documentation, records, and artifacts required for audits and inspections.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years experience in HR, Customer Support, or related field OR Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 3+ years experience in Operations, Customer Support, HR, or related field.
  • Strong operational HR execution skills
  • local statutory awareness (India, APAC & ANZ)
  • ability to translate abstract policy into practical, executable steps
  • Demonstrated ability to work with metrics, dashboards, and trend analysis to inform operational decisions
  • Hands on experience in HR generalist and operations domain

Nice to have

  • 10 to 15 years experience in HR, Customer Support, or related field
  • Masters Degree
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field AND 3+ years experience in Operations, Customer Support, HR, or related field.
