What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries via email, phone, or service tools (e.g., ServiceNow), providing high-quality HR advisory and operational support to business leaders and HR Business Partners (HRBPs).
  2. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes, offboarding, contract preparation, confirmations, renewals, re-employment, work visa applications, background checks, benefits enrollment, employee transfers, leave management, and invoicing. Ensure accuracy of employee records in the HRIS and consolidate payroll inputs for processing.
  3. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with business requirements and statutory regulations, working closely with legal for policy renewals, and handle timely and accurate regulatory filings with local authorities.
  4. Drive employee engagement initiatives, enhance satisfaction and foster a positive work environment. Collaborate with HR teams in SEA to support regional employee engagement initiatives, ensuring consistency in company culture and engagement programs while addressing specific local employee needs and preferences.
  5. Generate and maintain monthly or ad-hoc HR reports, analyzing workforce data, and providing meaningful insights to stakeholders.

Skills

Required

  • 2-4 years of HR generalist experience
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and employee lifecycle management
  • Strong language proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive employee information and HR-related data
  • Ability to drive HR processes and deliver high-quality HR services in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to make sound decisions, manage ambiguity, and work under tight deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, with a positive attitude towards change and a focus on continuous improvement
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
