HR - Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Hse

This role supports Lilly's people strategy through talent acquisition, talent development, and the creation of a safe environment with HSE plans. It partners with business leaders to identify, attract, and retain a diverse workforce within a safe environment. Responsibilities include managing talent acquisition strategy, partnering with leaders on talent management, developing and implementing HSE programs, and designing/delivering learning initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and enhance the talent acquisition strategy, processes and experience through full cycle of recruitment
  2. Partner with business leaders to understand hiring expectations and provide insightful suggestions for decision making
  3. Collaborate with C&B and Operations on end-to-end recruitment process including job ad management, candidate talent identification, interview management, offer process (including analysis and benchmarking) and, onboarding
  4. Develop, implement, sustain, and own HSE programs and procedures.
  5. Serve as a technical expert on HSE practices at the site and regulatory interpretations/inspections.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or business management
