HRBP Director for Global Sales at Twilio, focusing on people strategy to support $4B revenue scaling to $10B. This role requires a deep understanding of sales motions, organizational design, and leveraging data, analytics, AI, and automation insights to anticipate talent needs and drive change. The individual will partner with the SVP of Global Sales and leadership team, collaborate with the People Data Solutions & AI team on AI tools for HR, and lead transformation initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the trusted HR advisor to the SVP Global Sales and leadership team, shaping talent strategies that drive growth, innovation, and organizational performance.
  2. Proactively learn the business—including products, customers, and revenue levers—to anticipate business shifts and adjust people strategies in advance
  3. Develop a deep understanding of Twilio’s sales models, and regional dynamics to forecast talent needs and guide workforce planning (WFP).
  4. Provide data-driven recommendations and strategic tradeoffs on organizational design, talent allocation, leadership development, and long term capability planning.
  5. Navigate complex transformations—workforce planning, AI adoption, reorganizations—with empathy, clarity, and influence to drive alignment and adoption across key stakeholders.
