HRBP Director role partnering directly with senior leaders shaping Twilio's Product Management organization. This is a hands-on, high-impact IC role designed for someone who loves being at the heart of product strategy and innovation, thrives in product development environments, and energized by the opportunity to apply OE/OD practices and tools to ensure business success. This role joins a broader HR team that supports Product, Engineering, & R&D.

What you'd actually do

  1. Spotting opportunities through consultative, data-driven discovery efforts
  2. Partnering with executive clients to create durable, pro-active talent strategies
  3. Designing and deploying high-impact talent program
  4. Partnering with HR CoEs to ensure your clients extract max value from enterprise programs
  5. Supercharging your work by leveraging AI tools to move faster, work smarter, and create space for deeper strategic work

Skills

Required

  • 14+ years of HRBP experience
  • Deep knowledge of product development orgs, including operating models, methodologies, roles, and trends
  • Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-ROI, business-first people programs
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
  • Energized by learning, solving complex problems, and driving results

Nice to have

  • Experience partnering with internal OE consultants and/or HCM strategy firms
  • Background working within HRBP teams that build and drive functional talent strategies
