This role is an HRBP Project Consultant responsible for leading and implementing HR projects and operational processes to achieve business objectives at Eli Lilly Japan. It involves partnering with business leaders, managing talent, and driving change agendas within the HR function.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support organizational staffing goals through identification, development, and retention of high-performing employees
  2. Facilitate and provide advice for strong talent management processes for the respective functions to build the future generation of all-star leaders
  3. Execute the organization plan with leaders for creating practices and habits which embrace and lead with diversity and inclusion
  4. Support organizations to leverage maximize performance management and Lilly’s total reward tools to reward and to recognize great performances and to elevate performance
  5. Partner with business leaders to lead projects across Eli Lilly Japan in support of the change agenda

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5+ years of HR experience
  • HR experience outside of recruiting required
  • Line HR experience preferable
  • Strong written and oral communication in both Japanese and English
