Stripe is seeking a Senior People Systems Analyst to lead the technical configuration and optimization of their Workday ecosystem, focusing on HCM, Compensation, and Prism Analytics. This role involves managing critical KLTO operations, supporting HRIS tools built on Workday, and playing a pivotal role during high-pressure cycles like Annual Total Rewards (ATR). The analyst will act as the primary technical partner for the Compensation team, ensuring seamless data flow, unified user experience, and actionable insights through data orchestration and reporting.

  2. Serve as the primary technical partner for the Compensation team. You will navigate high-stakes environments with composure, translating urgent business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
  3. Actively contribute to our supportive team culture by sharing knowledge and assisting peers. You must demonstrate the judgment to escalate risks and roadblocks timely, ensuring that "pressure" doesn't become "blockage."
  4. Serve as the primary expert and point-of-contact for day-to-day support of Workday HCM & Compensation, managing business processes, integrations, reporting, and dashboards to ensure consistent, high-quality operations.
  5. Leverage Workday Prism to ingest, transform, and report on high-volume data sets, providing leadership with actionable insights.
