This role focuses on implementing and optimizing an HRIS system, managing data migration, ensuring data accuracy, and establishing governance processes. It involves cross-functional collaboration and system ownership within a finance technology company.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the rollout of new HRIS modules (time cards, leaves of absence, workforce planning, LMS, remaining integrations, and more!), partnering cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders
  2. Audit historical data and lead the migration of remaining legacy data into the new HRIS
  3. Improve integrations and data flows between the HRIS and other internal systems
  4. Serve as the primary operational owner of HRIS data integrity.
