This role is for a Human-Centered Change Manager at Salesforce, focusing on guiding customers through organizational transformations using AI CRM and agentic technologies. The role involves leading change engagements, integrating human-centered design and behavioral science, and coaching leaders on best practices. While the company is AI-focused and uses AI tools in recruiting, the core function of this role is change management and consulting, not direct AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the full delivery of Human-Centered Change engagements, serving as the primary point of accountability for client satisfaction and quality across complex transformation initiatives.
  2. Integrate human-centered service design, behavioral science, and Design Thinking methodologies to develop and execute holistic change strategies.
  3. Travel up to 50% in order to build strong partnerships with customers, project leadership, and account leadership to proactively identify barriers to change, conduct impact analyses, and develop solutions.
  4. Coach senior leaders, managers, and junior team members on Human-Centered Change best practices while contributing to practice innovation and go-to-market activities including scoping and Statement of Work (SOW) creation.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing consulting roles
  • strong track record leading large-scale organizational transformation engagements
  • deep knowledge of change management methodologies such as Salesforce's Levers model and the Prosci ADKAR framework
  • excellent workshop design, facilitation, and communication skills
  • ability to clearly articulate the value of change strategies to stakeholders at all levels
  • proactive, creative problem-solver
  • navigate dynamic environments
  • develop monitoring and measurement frameworks to evaluate change success

Nice to have

  • Prosci Certification
  • Salesforce Admin Certification
  • Salesforce Strategy Designer or Agentforce Specialist Certification
