Boeing is seeking a Human Factors Engineer - Flight Deck Specialist to work on special projects and initiatives across their commercial and defense business units. What you'd actually do

  1. Define and execute special projects and initiatives in Human Factors as directed by the HFE FCE Office
  2. Perform detailed investigations into a wide variety of topics that promote Boeing product safety and quality
  3. Manage relationships with HFE teams embedded in business units and foster relationships with business unit leaders to help build a stronger HFE capability across the Boeing Company
  4. Track emerging engineering issues across the enterprise and assess the need for HFE involvement
  5. Provide expert technical guidance on high profile in-work projects that have human factors relevance and enterprise impact
