This role is for a Human Resources Business Advisor (HRBA) Executive Director supporting the CDAO (Data, Analytics, and AI) organization at JPMorgan Chase. The primary focus is on strategic HR priorities, talent strategy, organizational design, and employee engagement, rather than direct AI/ML development. While the role supports an AI organization and may utilize AI tools, it does not involve building or shipping AI models or systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, advise, execute and manage talent development agenda for the respective business unit ensuring close alignment with business priorities. This includes compensation, performance development and culture and leadership development.
  2. Provide advice, executive coaching and counsel to senior leaders on sophisticated organizational, leadership and people matters.
  3. Identify innovative solutions to maximize organizational design and effectiveness, influence change management initiatives and enhance employee engagement.
  4. Partner with the Leadership team/Senior leaders to drive organizational culture in line with business principles.
  5. Leverage data to provide holistic insights and develop talent strategies to drive progress on business priorities.
