This role supports the HR department and management in labor and collective bargaining matters, prepares company agreements, and advises leaders on personnel and co-determination issues. It involves collaboration with HR business partners, supporting change management, and implementing HR policies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supporting the HR department and management in matters relating to labor and collective bargaining law
  2. Preparing and drafting works agreements and other collective bargaining regulations relating to systems, processes, and other corporate change processes
  3. Ensuring a trusting and continuous cooperation between employers and employee committees
  4. Organizing and supporting the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of weekly meetings, monthly and quarterly discussions
  5. Researching and compiling documents and working materials, including scheduling and organization

Skills

Required

  • Experience working with works council committees
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
  • Experience building trusted relationships
  • Good German and English language skills (B2 level or higher)

Nice to have

  • Degree in Law, Business Administration, or similar
  • Several years of relevant professional experience on the corporate side in labor law and HR
  • Good knowledge of labor and works constitution law
