This role is for a Human Resources Global Services Specialist at Intel in Malaysia. The specialist will be the first point of contact for HR support, resolving employee inquiries related to benefits, retirement, workforce mobility, and employee programs. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality customer service, researching and applying HR guidelines, executing HR data transactions, and leveraging data to identify service pain points and recommend improvements. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and collaboration within a global HR team.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for HR support in regions such as Greater Asia & Greater Europe and Israel, responding to inquiries through chat, email, and phone.
  2. Research, analyze, and apply HR guidelines to resolve employee issues related to benefits, retirement, workforce mobility, and employee programs.
  3. Deliver high-quality customer service, emphasizing relationship-building, care, and thorough issue resolution.
  4. Monitor and proactively address changes in volume, complexity, and cadence, adhering to service quality standards defined by the region.
  5. Execute complex HR data transactions while maintaining data integrity and compliance with reporting standards.

Skills

Required

  • bachelor's degree or Professional Degree in HR, Communications, Management or Psychology

Nice to have

  • Proficient in MS office package- Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Minimum 2 years working in Contact Center experience
  • Able to read and write in Mandarin
