This role is for a Human Resources Global Services Specialist at Intel in Malaysia. The role requires a background in HR or a related field with at least 2 years of schoolwork experience and English proficiency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the first point of contact for HR support in regions such as Greater Asia & Greater Europe and Israel, responding to inquiries through chat, email, and phone.
  2. Research, analyze, and apply HR guidelines to resolve employee issues related to benefits, retirement, workforce mobility, and employee programs.
  3. Deliver high-quality customer service, emphasizing relationship-building, care, and thorough issue resolution.
  4. Monitor and proactively address changes in volume, complexity, and cadence, adhering to service quality standards defined by the region.
  5. Execute complex HR data transactions while maintaining data integrity and compliance with reporting standards.
