What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with senior leaders and managers to align human resources strategies with departmental and organizational objectives
  2. Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, talent development, and performance management
  3. Provide guidance to leaders and employees on employee relations, performance matters, policy interpretation, and workplace issues
  4. Lead strategic HR projects related to culture, employee engagement, talent pipeline and other key focus areas
  5. Analyze HR data and trends to inform decision-making and recommend process and organizational improvements
