Required

  • Experience in a problem-solving role (for example, management consulting, Human Resources strategy, corporate strategy, or human capital advisory)
  • people management experience
  • Strong analytical capability, including applying quantitative approaches and interpreting complex datasets
  • Proven ability to translate insights into clear recommendations and practical execution plans
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior leaders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including building executive-level presentations
