This role is for a Hybrid Healthcare Representative at Pfizer, focused on promoting the company's products, platforms, and services to healthcare professionals within the oncology therapeutic area. The representative will act as a central contact, introducing new medicines and digital platforms, building relationships with customers, and developing strategic work plans to meet patient and healthcare provider needs. The core responsibilities include delivering promotional messages, onboarding customers to new platforms, orchestrating customer experiences, and achieving annual sales targets.

What you'd actually do

  1. The Hybrid Health Representative (HHR) is responsible for promoting and creating demand for products among assigned customers.
  2. Deliver promotional science-based brand messages on product, disease conditions, and services that could support the HCP in meeting patient needs.
  3. Be responsible for onboarding customers to new operating models and new platforms (e.g., Digital Engagement Portal)
  4. Develop and regularly update a Master Work Plan (MWP) as source of relevant information and guideline in planning HCP engagements and program offerings.
  5. Achieve annual sales targets, customer reach, and call rates.

Skills

Required

  • Professional License as a Medical Representative
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Analytical skills to identify the connections between data, products, services and the needs of both Health Care Professionals and patients.
  • Written and verbal communication skills to help build trusted, sustainable relationships with your internal and external stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of the digital space and a willingness to keep learning and upskilling.
  • Strategic thinking and planning to help customers see beyond the day-to-day.
