Regional Market Manager for I&I-AD Pico in Beijing, responsible for developing and executing regional marketing plans, building KOL networks, collaborating with sales teams, organizing training, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and laws.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deeply understand the Pico AD market, discuss and formulate targeted quarterly business plans (regional characteristic strategies) with regional marketing leaders and sales management teams, follow up and evaluate the execution of regional promotion activities (quality, frequency, and KPI), and continuously improve promotion efficiency;
  2. Build the regional AD-KOL system, manage and regularly visit KOLs and cultivate regional strategic speakers, co-build the standardized diagnosis and treatment platform for AD specialist construction, and promote the landing of strategies and advantage profiling;
  3. Visit KOLs with MICS, DM, RM, coach and implement product strategy execution and key information transmission of advantage profiling;
  4. Regularly organize product knowledge and strategy learning to improve the professional level of the team;
  5. Communicate and coordinate the execution of projects from the central marketing department/marketing platform department, and provide timely feedback on regional information;
