This role is for a Regional Medical Information Communication Manager at Pfizer in Taizhou, China. The primary responsibilities include managing regional business and product groups, setting performance and compliance goals, leading and developing a sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and achieving sales targets. The role requires at least 2 years of Pfizer sales experience or 3 years of sales experience in a similar foreign pharmaceutical company, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales performance. Internal candidates with sales management experience are preferred. A strong emphasis is placed on compliance and ethical business practices.

What you'd actually do

  1. 负责管理所辖区域和产品组的一切业务，制定地区业绩达成及合规目标和发展方向，确保以合法合规方式有效领导团队达成业绩，持续提高管理团队在合规方面的各项表现；
  2. 建立业绩良好、极富生产力和士气高昂的团队；
  3. 勇于挑战，在公司区域管理政策要求的情形下，确保完成上级经理下达的销售及其他工作目标；
  4. 参与所负责区域的人员招聘，负责团队人员发展，进行绩效管理和教导；
  5. 必须确保MICS的PIM和院内会真实发生；同时可以申请和报销DM区域中医院的院间会和对应区域的城市会；
