What You'll Be Doing
- Drive ICT and JTAG solutions for NVIDIA products.
- Define the team goal, strategies, tools, and KPIs of the group
- Work and improve interfaces with your peers
- Lead structural testing strategy in the company
- Align work methodologies and strategies with global Nvidia.
What We Need To See
- B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering or an Electrical Practical Engineer, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of management experience
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in one of the following fields: hardware designer, hardware validation, or JTAG and/or ICT test design (advantage).
- Proven managerial skills
- Good communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups.
- Multi-tasking capabilities.
- High self-learning skills.
- High execution quality standards.
- An innovative approach to problem solution.
