This role is for an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Administration Specialist with experience in RACF on Mainframe systems. The primary responsibilities include administering and maintaining RACF security profiles, implementing and updating RACF rules, analyzing and troubleshooting security incidents, and supporting Mainframe upgrades and disaster recovery tests. The role also involves ensuring adherence to IAM standards and compliance requirements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Administer and maintain RACF security profiles for users, groups, datasets and general resources
  2. Implement, review, and update RACF rules to align with security policies and compliance requirements
  3. Analyze and troubleshoot RACF related security incidents and access issues
  4. Provide RACF support during Mainframe upgrades, migrations and disaster recovery tests
  5. Provide 24/7 on-call support for RACF related issues

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience with IAM
  • 3+ years of experience with Mainframe security administration (RACF)
  • Strong knowledge of z/OS mainframe environment, TSO/ISPF, JCL and security related exits
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshoot, and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
