Imaging Lifecycle Growth Leader

This role is responsible for defining and executing the service business strategy for Imaging equipment to drive value creation and profitable growth. It involves collaborating with sales teams, improving contract capture rates, and growing sales revenue. The role also focuses on developing expertise, launching new products, and managing customer relationships and satisfaction.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define & drive sales enablement strategies using product management as the primary lever.
  2. Developing expertise and product depth in Korea business.
  3. Provide leadership and direction to the service commercial members enabling them to support the sales teams including Channel Partners across the country.
  4. Demonstrate the ability to generate new business opportunities that leverage GEHC in the marketplace, including partnerships & solutions.
  5. Defining and developing market segmentation strategies and devising appropriate product positioning plans.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree of Bio Medical Engineering or Business administration
  • Minimum 10 years of service sales experience in a medical, healthcare or technical field or Life Sciences field
  • Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions based sales approach
  • Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
  • Strong capacity and drive to develop career
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English
  • Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent negotiation & closing skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Able to travel
  • Valid motor vehicle license
  • Experience in managing a matrix organization with multi-cultural teams and multi-markets businesses.
