Implementation Analyst

This role supports traditional banks and credit unions with implementation project requests for existing clients. The analyst will consult with customers, act as a liaison between Visa support and clients, and manage processing and change requests. The role requires strong execution and analytical abilities, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support all Traditional Banks/Credit Union implementation project requests for existing clients.
  2. Consult directly with customers to understand requirements and be able to offer industry best practice recommendations for successful implementations.
  3. Will act as primary liaison between Visa support staff and customers and will represent customer system/operational requirements to internal organizations.
  4. Manage routine and non-routine, moderately complex processing and change requests, as well as support customer initiatives.
  5. Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and issues logs.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree
  • 2 years of work experience
  • Ability to comprehend and translate technical issues
  • Ability to synthesize technical information and apply to business solutions
  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities at once and re-prioritize tasks with minimal involvement from management
  • Demonstrated success in customer relationship management
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

  • Advanced Degree
  • Experience using standard MS Office tools (e.g. MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.)
  • 1 to 3 years direct experience in project management
  • 1 to 3 years experience in electronic funds transfer (EFT), ATM, or retail banking
  • Experience in a technology based industry
