Implementation Analyst

Visa is seeking an Implementation Analyst to manage technical program management and implementations for Visa clients across the Asia Pacific region. The role involves gathering project requirements, providing consultative guidance on Visa regulations and products, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration of Visa products and solutions through expertise in APIs and infrastructure design. The analyst will prepare project plans, risk assessments, and status reports, and will be responsible for delivering client implementation projects on time and error-free.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and execute high quality project management support to Visa clients and processors to ensure client expectations are met in line with agreed timelines
  2. Coordinate directly with clients to analyze and understand card program setup/endpoint requirements to implement Visa products and services and facilitate endpoint connectivity to support the business and formulate implementation solutions
  3. Confidently manage client projects in parallel to product developments and a changing landscape
  4. Build and enhance positive working relationships with key Visa client institutions, processors, and internal stakeholders
  5. Be able to communicate complex, technical concepts in a focused and well-organized manner

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years’ experience in a customer support role in financial services, payment card, software, or information services
  • Understanding of digital payments and web-based technology including HTML, web-based service APIs, JSON, XML
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
