- Coordinate cross-functional internal and external project resources to ensure commitments, deliverables, and timelines are met.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project artifacts, including project plans, status reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and issue/action logs, in accordance with Visa Products and client requirements.
- Maintain execution discipline across assigned workstreams through clear status tracking, issue management, risk mitigation, and follow-through.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage internal and external project communications, providing consistent and accurate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Report project progress, accomplishments, and deliverables to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Take ownership of workflow assignments, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and the ability to meet deadlines with minimal managerial guidance.
- Demonstrate learning agility, technical curiosity, and openness to new tools, processes, and payment connectivity models.
- Design, implement, or contribute to automated tools, templates, or workflows that enhance production readiness, operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and implementation execution across client programs.
- Leverage AI-enabled and automation tools (e.g., generative AI, analytics, intelligent documentation, workflow automation, and project management tooling) to improve planning, risk identification, status reporting, issue analysis, and overall delivery efficiency across the project lifecycle.
- This role may require off-schedule work, including evenings or weekends, to support client implementations, configuration changes, and post-production validation.
