Implementation Analyst (technical)

Visa is seeking an Implementation Analyst (Technical) to provide technical program management and implementation services for clients across the Asia Pacific region. The role involves leading project management, analyzing client requirements, facilitating endpoint connectivity, and ensuring seamless integration of Visa products and solutions using APIs and modern technologies. The analyst will manage project plans, risk mitigation, and client communications, working independently with guidance on complex issues.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and execute high quality project management support to Visa clients and processors to ensure client expectations are met in line with agreed timelines
  2. Coordinate directly with clients to analyze and understand card program setup/endpoint requirements to implement Visa products and services and facilitate endpoint connectivity to support the business and formulate implementation solutions
  3. Confidently manage client projects in parallel to product developments and a changing landscape
  4. Build and enhance positive working relationships with key Visa client institutions, processors, and internal stakeholders
  5. Be able to communicate complex, technical concepts in a focused and well-organized manner

Skills

Required

  • Project management skills
  • Understanding of digital payments and web-based technology including HTML, web-based service APIs, JSON, XML
  • Strong verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical terms or processes into business language
  • Experience in a customer support role in financial services, payment card, software, or information services
