Samsara is seeking an Implementation Consultant to manage customer deployments of their Connected Operations Cloud platform. This role involves leading solution workshops, guiding customers through change management, running training sessions, and managing multiple customer engagements. The ideal candidate will have experience in enterprise SaaS, strong project management skills, and a solutions-oriented approach. Experience using AI or automation in CS workflows is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be the Samsara advisor, managing the deployment of Samsara technology to customers, enabling customers to achieve quick time to value in their investment
  2. Lead solution workshops to develop L1 processes for business process
  3. Guide customers through change management processes including policy, comms and training
  4. Run training sessions, demonstrate Samsara’s technology, and work through obstacles with executives and day-to-day users of the system across numerous use cases
  5. Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel and work cross-functionally to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in an implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding role
  • Strong project management skills
  • 2+ years experience supporting or working with technical products
  • Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving & project management skills
  • Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations
  • Experience managing >20 implementations/projects at a time
  • Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders
  • German fluency

Nice to have

  • Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience
  • Change management delivery experience
  • Experience using AI or automation into CS workflows to drive measurable productivity improvements.
  • French/ Dutch fluency
