The Implementation Consultant at monday.com will train, advise, and consult with customers to optimize their use of the monday.com AI work platform. This role involves leading AI transformation projects, designing and building tailored solutions using platform features, and leveraging both monday AI and external Generative/Agentic AI tools to accelerate solution design and deliver intelligent workflows. The consultant will also manage projects, build client relationships, and advocate for customer needs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead AI transformation and implementation projects for [monday.com](https://monday.com/) customers, designing and building tailored solutions including configurations, automations, reporting, user management, and other advanced [monday.com](https://monday.com/) features and functionality.
  2. Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand their business needs and ensure successful adoption of [monday.com](https://monday.com/) across their organisation.
  3. Design sophisticated workflows and relational data structures within the [monday.com](https://monday.com/) platform to solve complex business cases, partnering with technical resources for migrations and integrations as needed.
  4. Actively leverage monday AI and external Generative/Agentic AI tools to accelerate solution design, automate complex business logic, and deliver intelligent workflows for our customers.
  5. Act as a project manager for small to medium-sized projects by building and executing on project plans that ensure deliverables stay on time and on budget.

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of experience as an implementation consultant, managed services consultant, customer success manager, technical project manager.
  • Experience leading software implementation or managed services projects that required hands-on build and system configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative/Agentic AI tools and a strong understanding of how to leverage AI in streamlining work productivity and building workflows
  • Experience with project management, CRM, service desk, and/or collaborative work management software.
  • Strong project management and problem solving skills, rooted in computational thinking and systems design.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with client stakeholders and executives.
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical topics to a non-technical audience.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy.
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt.

Nice to have

  • Foundational knowledge of APIs (GraphQL) and other integration tools ([make.com](https://make.com/)) is a plus.
  • BA or BS degree preferred
