Implementation Consultant - Acceptance

Visa is seeking an Implementation Consultant to manage client implementation projects for Visa Acceptance Solutions products in the EU region. This role involves collaborating with clients, sales support, and internal teams to ensure efficient technical activation and adoption of Visa's payment solutions, accelerating client ROI. Responsibilities include project management, technical solution design, product overviews, integration workshops, and managing project artifacts and communications to ensure successful project delivery within timelines and budgets.

What you'd actually do

  1. Deliver implementation services in Acceptance Solutions for Visa clients in the EU region, ensuring scope, expectations, and timelines are met or exceeded.
  2. Coordinate directly with clients to understand requirements, and manage project requirements to successful delivery, acting independently while escalating when needed.
  3. Acts as a sales support SME to lead client facing discussions on implementations, conversion methodology and ongoing Visa Acceptance Solutions support, early on during the pre-sales cycle, supporting solution validation discussions ensuring ‘fit for use’ of Visa products against client business requirements.
  4. Work with clients to design and implement technical acceptance solutions, harnessing our product capabilities.
  5. Deliver product overviews, integration workshops and training sessions across multiple product sets that can be part of a single project scope.
