This role leads enterprise transformation programs for major banking clients, overseeing the entire client lifecycle from contract to go-live and scale. It requires owning executive stakeholder alignment, program governance, delivery quality, and time-to-value by partnering with various internal teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own executive stakeholder alignment, program governance, delivery quality, and time-to-value, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, InfoSec, and other internal stakeholders to ensure commitments are met or exceeded.
  2. leading the enterprise transformation program for one of the major banking clients, accountable for end‑to‑end outcomes across the client life cycle — from contract to delivery alignment, mobilization through to go‑live and scale.

Skills

Required

  • 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Nice to have

  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
  • Over 15 years of experience in technology-driven financial services, with a strong focus on leading large-scale implementation and transformation projects for global fintech's and banks.
  • Detailed technical knowledge of payments ecosystem in GCC countries, more specifically implementation and certification of Jaywan and AEP Switch in UAE
  • Technical knowledge of payments and banking platforms operating in the cloud in a microservice architecture, with REST/JSON API’s and data streaming.
  • Educational background in solutions architecture and software engineering.
  • Cloud certifications are a plus.
  • Having completed a core banking, payments transformation implementation from contract signature to production live.
  • Expertise in building and scaling high-performing teams, with a hands-on leadership style that emphasizes mentorship, empowerment, and a culture of accountability.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-market projects on time and within scope, leveraging advanced project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, and hybrid models) and a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
  • Recognized for forging strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives, clients, and cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Adept at translating business strategy into actionable plans, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and KPI management.
