This role is for an Implementation Lead at Uber for Business, focusing on ensuring successful implementation, launch, and adoption of Uber's solutions for strategic clients. What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, success metrics, and implementation requirements, translating these into actionable launch strategies.
  2. Develop and execute seamless implementation plans that drive employee adoption, engagement, and long-term success.
  3. Provide post-launch support for 2–4 months, monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering data-driven recommendations.
  4. Manage implementation projects end-to-end, establishing clear timelines, milestones, and communication plans while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  5. Deliver customer training through live sessions, office hours, written documentation, and video-based learning materials to ensure effective platform adoption.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing, implementation, customer success, consulting, or project management role
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive decision-making
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Fluent in both English and Dutch
